Standards and architecture
All aspects of the data centre are equivalent to Tier 3 or better. The design, using IBM’s unique modular architecture, allows clients to upgrade to Tier 4 in certain key areas, with added security, fire protection, etc. You can link into our communications network or use your own provider. At 80,000 square feet, the data centre is equivalent to more than one fiftieth of all projected UK demand for data centre space. It is fed by two separate 10 megawatt power supplies, allowing all of the data centre capacity to be utilised, as well as providing greater security. Read more>
Pricing, Service and Experience
Cantono can provide a breadth of service, from pure colocation, where you run your own equipment, to a fully managed service. We can do this drawing on our many years experience both in running data centres and in providing fully managed services.
The location of our newest data centre will allow us to beat London and “M25 belt” prices while offering excellent access links via our network. By providing sufficient power for a fully utilised site, we ensure that you get full value for the capacity that you purchase, while you can also ‘peg’ prices for up to 10 years.
